Please review the following policies before booking: Deposits & Booking: • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service. • Deposits are transferable to one rescheduled appointment if you notify me 24–48 hours prior to your original appointment. Cancellations & Late Policy: • There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes , a $10 late fee applies and/or you may be asked to reschedule. • Same-day cancellations or changes may result in a 40% service cancellation fee and forfeiture of your deposit. • No-shows will be banned from future bookings and charged a cancellation fee. Service Guidelines: • Please come with a clean face and lashes—no mascara, glue, or makeup. Clean lashes are essential for the best results. • Appointments over 3 weeks are considered a full set. After 3 fills, a full set is required. • I do offer foreign fills for an additional fee on top of the regular fill price for the set you have. However, foreign fills are subject to change depending on the quality of the previous set. Send pictures of your set close up and your previous lash techs instagram upon booking for approval. Payment: • Remaining balances can be paid via card, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash. • Card, Cash App & Apple Pay payments include a $3-5 processing fee. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule , please do so at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Deposits are transferrable for one appoint as long as you provide at least 24 hrs notice of cancellation. If you happen to cancel the day of, or the night before an appointment you will be subjected to a 40% cancellation fee along with you will forfeiting your original deposit.
